Each pay period, your payroll will be processed and you will be provided with payroll checks and earning statements, direct deposit reports and standard reports. Included will be a payroll register with year-to-date information and update all federal and state tax fields. We work closely with you to create any additional reports that may help streamline information you need.
In addition, you will be provided custom choices, allowing you to create additional reports that will help streamline your ongoing data management. For your convenience, you are provided three different payroll input choices: Phone, Fax, Internet.
TAX PAYMENT SERVICES
This service automatically files and pays Federal withholding, Social Security/medicare, FUI (federal unemployment insurance), State withholding, SUI (state unemployment insurance) and local withholding taxes. It also assumes full responsibility and timeliness of these payroll tax returns. This service includes automatic enrollment in the electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS) which meets IRS requirements for businesses that must electronically deposit form 940/941 payroll taxes.
The most popular and preferred method of payment by employees and provided by employers alike, Direct Deposit automatically deposits employees’ wages into their accounts on payday. For their records, Direct Deposit statements are distributed with reference to the account and the amount that is deposited. Employers receive a detailed report of all Direct Deposit transactions.
While convenient for your staff, it is advantageous for your business, as well.
With Direct Deposit, you have:
only one debit for the total net direct deposit
elimination of bank charges
reduction of processing and reconciliation time
virtual risk elimination of stolen or lost check
EFT CHILD SUPPORT
Your Court Ordered Child Support Payment and garnishments will be deducted from your wages. You have a choice of either a live check or electronic payment to the recipient.
CHECK SIGNING AND INSERTION
With check Signing and Insertion, your authorized signature is printed on your payroll checks. The checks and direct deposit statements are inserted into secured envelopes so your payroll is ready to be distributed the minute it arrives. With this service, you can be out of the office on payday and know your employees are being taken care of.
EMPLOYEE SELF-SERVE PORTAL (ESS)
(ESS) is a web-based portal which allows employees to access their payroll information via the internet. Employers can allow the employee access to a self-service portal for employees to view and print payroll vouchers, W-2’s, access their demographic data and view paid time-off (PTO) balances. This paperless payroll system aids in reducing routine employee inquiries by granting employees greater access to payroll information and eases the burden of distributing payroll vouchers to your workforce. This is a major time saving feature for you!
TIME CLOCK INTERFACE
Eliminate data entry of payroll hours by interfacing your time clock with our payroll system. With this feature, you save time and eliminate errors!
HUMAN RESOURCES MODULE AND INTEGRATION
Written to complement our payroll product, our Human Resource Module includes numerous HR fields, allowing for true integration from both payroll and HR departments. The data is stored within the user’s file server so employee input may be saved, used and printed immediately.
HR SUPPORT CENTER
With our HR On Demand services, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of our one-stop Human and On-line Resource Support Center for solutions to your Human Resources needs.

What is Statutory DBL Insurance?
Statutory Disability Benefits Law (DBL) Insurance is a state mandated benefit designed to provide temporary cash payments to a disabled employee if the disability is a result of a non–occupational injury, accident or illness.
When do benefits apply?
DBL benefits may be paid in the following ways:
To an actively employed worker to partially replace wages lost during a period of disability; or
To an unemployed worker to replace, in part, lost unemployment insurance benefits due to an injury, accident or illness.
